About Us
We are a digital entertainment platform built from the ground up with Brazil in mind — with Pix, support in Portuguese, content Brazilians actually use, and security on every transaction.
We operate within applicable regulatory standards, with a full focus on security, transparency, and responsible gambling for Brazilian users.
A 9fgame was born from a simple, straightforward observation: the Sports Betting and online casino market in Brazil was growing fast, yet the vast majority of available platforms still weren't truly built for the Brazilian player. English-language interfaces, support that took hours to respond, complicated payment methods, and content that had nothing to do with the reality of people living here. We wanted to change that.
From day one, 9fgame was designed with Brazil as the absolute priority — not as a secondary market. That means Pix as the primary deposit and withdrawal method, a fully Brazilian Portuguese interface and support team, odds and promotions tailored to the national sports calendar (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, UFC, NBB, e-sports), and a team that understands what local players expect from a quality platform.
The catalog of 9fgame brings together over 500 titles — including slots from the world's top providers such as Pragmatic Play, Big Time Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Play'n GO, and Hacksaw Gaming — Sports Betting with dozens of markets per event, Live Casino with roulette, baccarat, and blackjack with real dealers, and crash games that have won over Brazilian players in recent years. All accessible from your phone, no app download needed, with fast loading even on mobile connections.
Security is non-negotiable at 9fgame. All transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. slots and casino games use random number generators (RNG) certified by independent auditing labs, ensuring results are completely random and tamper-proof. The platform strictly complies with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Lei nº 13.709/2018), and your personal data is never shared with third parties without your consent.
The payment model was built to eliminate friction. Pix deposits arrive in seconds, with zero fees, at any time of day — including weekends and holidays. Players can also use credit or debit card, boleto bancário, PicPay, Mercado Pago, or TED bank transfer through banks like Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, or Banco do Brasil. For withdrawals, the 9fgame processes withdrawals via Pix within 10 minutes of request — every day, no exceptions.
Customer support is a real differentiator. At 9fgame, live chat is staffed by real people, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. No email queues that take two business days, no chatbot auto-replies that never resolve anything. Just a team that knows the product, understands the Brazilian player's context, and solves problems quickly. We believe support is a core part of the experience — not an afterthought.
When it comes to promotions, the stance of 9fgame is one of full transparency. Every bonus has its terms written in plain language: percentage, maximum value, rollover requirement, expiration, and eligibility. We offer a welcome bonus of up to R$ 500.00 for new sign-ups, 10% weekly cashback on net losses with no rollover, a reload bonus every Friday, free spins on selected slots, and themed promotions during major sporting events. Players are never pressured to accept a bonus — those who prefer to play with real balance only are completely free to do so.
A 9fgame also takes responsible gambling seriously as policy, not just a legal obligation. The platform offers configurable deposit limits, temporary or permanent self-exclusion tools, session time controls, and easy access to support resources for anyone who feels gambling has stopped being entertainment. The platform is restricted to users 18 and over, with mandatory identity verification before any withdrawal.
Our goal is straightforward: to be the best Sports Betting and online casino platform for Brazil. Not the biggest in the world, not the one with the most marketing spend — the one Brazilian players genuinely choose because it works, pays fast, treats them with respect, and delivers an experience worth their time. If you haven't created your account at 9fgame, sign-up takes under three minutes and the first deposit can be made with any amount starting at R$ 20.00 via Pix.
Six pillars that guide every decision we make at 9fgame.
Pix as the primary deposit and withdrawal method, a Brazilian Portuguese interface, a calendar focused on the Brasileirão, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, UFC, and e-sports. Every detail was built for the local player — not retrofitted after the fact.
256-bit SSL encryption on all transactions, certified RNG on all casino games, LGPD compliance, and identity verification to protect every player's account.
Live chat with real agents in English, available every single day. Fast responses, a trained team, and no automated chatbots firing off questions that never solve anything.
Pix deposit in seconds, zero fees. Withdrawal processed within 10 minutes of the request, any day of the week. We also accept card, boleto, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and bank TED.
Over 500 titles: slots from the world's top providers, Sports Betting with dozens of markets per game, Live Casino with real dealers, blackjack, crash games, and much more.
Configurable deposit limits, self-exclusion, session time controls, and easy access to specialized support. We take player well-being seriously — as policy, not fine print.
How 9fgame was built, step by step, with the Brazilian player at the center of every decision.
The founding team recognized that the Brazilian market needed a platform built from the ground up with a local focus — not a foreign operation hastily translated into Portuguese.
With most Brazilians accessing the internet on mobile and Pix as the country's preferred payment method, 9fgame's entire architecture was built mobile-first with native Pix integration.
9fgame launches with over 500 slots titles, live Sports Betting, and Live Casino — plus a 100% welcome bonus up to R$ 500.00 for new sign-ups.
Sports coverage expands to include MMA/UFC, e-sports, basketball (NBB), volleyball, and new events on the Brazilian calendar. Weekly cashback with no rollover requirement is introduced as a permanent promotion.
9fgame cements its position with 24h support in Portuguese, Pix withdrawals in under 10 minutes, and a catalog that keeps growing with the world's top game providers.
The principles behind every decision we make, from platform design to customer support.
Clear promotion terms, real odds, RTP published on every game, and no surprise fees. What you see is what you get — no fine print that changes everything at the end.
Every feature at 9fgame is designed to put users in control: deposit limits, self-exclusion, full betting history, and support that listens before it responds.
Deposit in seconds, withdraw in minutes, platform that loads fast even on mobile data. Because when you want to play, the last thing you need is a spinning loading screen.
Brazil has one of the richest sports cultures in the world — football, MMA, volleyball, basketball, e-sports. 9fgame celebrates that; it doesn't just offer a generic catalog with the language swapped out.
Ongoing investment in security infrastructure, regular system updates, and active transaction monitoring to protect every account and every cent deposited on the platform.
