Terms and Conditions of 9fgame – Rules & Guidelines

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and 9fgame ("Platform", "we", "us"), operator of the website https://9fgame.best and all associated services. 3Registration & Account

Each user may register only one account on the 9fgame platform. Creating multiple accounts — including using different names, CPFs, email addresses, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and subject to the immediate closure of all accounts involved, with possible forfeiture of accumulated balances and bonuses.

At the time of registration, users are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including their full name as it appears on their identity document, CPF, date of birth, valid email address, and any other details requested in the registration form. False or incomplete information constitutes a violation of these terms.

The user is solely responsible for the security of their account credentials — username and password. Any activity carried out using a user's credentials is their exclusive responsibility. Identity verification (KYC) is required before the first withdrawal is released. 9fgame may request a copy of a photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport), proof of address, and, where necessary, proof of ownership of the payment method used.

4Deposits

9fgame accepts deposits exclusively through the following payment methods available to Brazilian users:

• Pix: Instant processing, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with no deposit fee. The recommended method for the fastest experience.
• Credit/debit card: Visa, Mastercard, Elo, and other domestic card networks. Subject to the card issuer's policies.
• Boleto bancário: Processed within 1 business day after payment.
• PicPay and Mercado Pago: Popular digital wallets in Brazil, with generally instant credit.
• TED transfer: Via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, or any other Brazilian financial institution. Processing times follow standard banking hours.

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00. 9fgame does not charge fees on deposits made via Pix. For other payment methods, external bank fees may apply that are outside the platform's control. Users must only use payment methods registered in their own name — deposits made by third parties are not accepted and will be returned.

9fgame reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or investigate any deposit that shows signs of fraud, money laundering, or the use of unauthorized payment methods.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals at 9fgame are processed exclusively via Pix, directly to the key registered by the user. Processing takes up to 10 minutes after the request is approved, any day of the week, including holidays and weekends.

To request a withdrawal, the user must have:

• Verified account with documentation approved through the KYC process;
• Sufficient real balance to cover the requested amount;
• Met all rollover requirements for any active bonus on the account;
• Pix key registered in your own name and CPF.

The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00. 9fgame does not charge fees on withdrawals made via Pix. Withdrawals to third-party accounts, unidentified joint accounts, or methods different from those used for the deposit may be declined as a security measure against fraud.

9fgame may request additional documentation for withdrawals above certain amounts, as part of its anti-money laundering and regulatory compliance procedures. Processing times may be extended during security reviews, and the user will be notified through the support channel.

6Bonuses & Promotions

The general rules applicable to all 9fgame bonuses are:

• Welcome bonus: 100% of the first deposit, up to R$ 500.00. 20x rollover on the bonus amount, with a 30-day period to complete.
• Weekly cashback: 10% of weekly net losses, up to R$ 500.00 per week. Credited every Monday, with no additional rollover.
• Rollover: In slots, every BRL wagered counts 100% toward the rollover requirement. In Sports Betting with odds of 1.50 or higher, every BRL wagered also counts in full.
• Voluntary acceptance: No bonus is applied automatically without user confirmation. You may choose to decline any offer.
• Bet limit with bonus: While completing the rollover, the maximum stake per single bet is R$ 50.00 or 10% of the active bonus amount, whichever is greater. Bets exceeding this limit during the rollover period may result in the bonus being voided.

9fgame reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. Attempts to abuse or fraudulently exploit promotions will result in bonus cancellation and possible account closure.

7Betting & Games

9fgame offers Sports Betting, slots, Live Casino, blackjack, E-sports, and crash games. By placing any bet or participating in any game on the platform, the user acknowledges that:

• All casino game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generators (RNG) certified by independent auditing laboratories. Results are entirely random and immune to any interference;

8User Conduct

The user agrees to use the 9fgame platform solely for personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

13Changes to the Terms
